NCVET

Voice-first in three languages

Per-NOS mock assessments
Time-bounded MCQs sourced from QP-aligned question banks. Each attempt triggers an automatic recalculation of readiness and an AI-generated revision note for every wrong answer.
Tamper-proof evidence layer
Learning sessions, chat messages, and assessment attempts are INSERT-only — never updated, never deleted. Every row is timestamped. An auditor can verify the entire training history cryptographically.

Why QikSkill exists — the accountability gap
The December 2025 CAG audit of PMKVY surfaced systemic issues that every stakeholder now has to solve.

- 95% of candidate records on the Skill India Portal were found invalid or incomplete
- Fake training centres and ghost candidates detected in multiple states
- Trainer IDs missing for 61 lakh certified candidates

How a Training Partner uses QikSkill
1 — Sign up
Continue with Google, complete a short onboarding form with your NSDC TP code, and your account is live. No DLT, no paperwork.
2 — Create batches
Pick any Qualification Pack from the library, set start/end and assessment dates, and bulk-enrol candidates via Gmail addresses.
3 — Deliver learning
Candidates open the AI tutor in their own language, run mock assessments per NOS, and track their own readiness. You do nothing manually.
4 — Watch the analytics
A live dashboard shows active learners, average readiness, pass rate, voice-session percentage, and flags at-risk candidates — all derived from real usage, not self-reports.
Standards we follow, not invent
Every piece of QikSkill content respects three government-notified standards.
NSQF
The National Skills Qualifications Framework is an eight-level competency ladder. Each QikSkill QP declares its NSQF level explicitly — Level 4 data-entry operator is treated differently from a Level 6 team lead.
NOS
National Occupational Standards are the atomic units of skill. A QP like "Domestic Data Entry Operator" breaks into five NOS (data accuracy, error handling, workplace safety, etc.), and QikSkill treats each as an independently trackable module.
QP
A Qualification Pack is the formal, SSC-authored curriculum for a job role. QikSkill imports QPs verbatim — we do not add, remove, or rewrite requirements.

Data integrity by design
Every architectural decision reinforces that what the dashboard shows actually happened.
INSERT-only evidence
Three tables — learning_sessions, chat_messages, assessment_attempts — accept inserts but reject updates and deletes at the database policy level. The learning history cannot be rewritten.
Row-level security
Candidates see only their own data. TPs see only their own batches. Admins see aggregates. Cross-tenant leakage is impossible, enforced in Postgres RLS.
No fabricated activity
Session timers run client-side and close via sendBeacon on page unload. There is no admin API that lets a TP add retroactive "learning hours."
Audit-ready export
Every row is timestamped (created_at). An NCVET inspection, an SSC audit, or a CAG follow-up can query the raw, immutable log.
