Phone helplines
QikSkill support is phone-light by design — we keep costs down so TPs can afford the platform. Use email unless something is genuinely blocking.

- SatSaturday — 10:00 to 14:00 IST (support only, no sales)

Outside these hours, please email. We do not operate a 24/7 helpline — if your learners are blocked, email support@qikskill.ai and we triage first thing next morning.

Grievance redressal
In line with IT Rules 2021 / 2023 and NCVET's candidate-protection guidelines, QikSkill publishes a transparent grievance process.
Step 1 — Raise it
Email grievance@qikskill.ai with your role (candidate / TP / other), batch or TP code if applicable, and a clear description.
Step 2 — Acknowledgement
You receive a ticket number and an acknowledgement within three business days.
Step 3 — Resolution
Resolution within fifteen calendar days for standard matters. For complex cases, we'll update you every five days with progress.
Step 4 — Escalation
If unresolved, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (Ms / Mr — name to be named on incorporation) or to the appropriate statutory body — NCVET, NSDC, or the relevant SSC.
